As a follow up of the Youth Event prior to the Council of Europe Ministerial Conference on New Media, the European Youth Forum organized a 3 day Seminar on ‘Better understanding and practical knowledge of web 2.0 tools for youth organizations’. During the seminar at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg on 3 – 5 December, 15 young people were given the opportunity to meet Council of Europe experts on media, explore the context of a fast changing media environment and develop creative strategy for communication 2.0 for youth organizations.
