Culture Past Culture Future European Youth Competition

The Culture Past Culture Future Competition is a joint European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) Greece project, organized within the framework of the international conference taking place in Athens on 24-27 November 2010 entitled The Athens Dialogues International Conference.  The competition invites young European people between the age of 21 and 30 years old to contribute to a dialogue about the legacy of Greek culture and thinking in addressing the challenges of the 21st century. Candidates are invited to submit a paper or essay of up to 3,000 words addressing one of the following six themes to be discussed at conference: Identity and Difference, Stories and Histories, Word and Art, Democracy and Governance, Science and Ethics or Quality of Life.
