In order to participate, you just have to upload an original, creative, funny picture featuring the European Health Insurance Card to the Social Europe Facebook page. The three participants with the most «I like» on their picture will receive two 3-day tickets to attend the Couleur Café festival between the 25 and 27 June (including transport from any European town and accommodation in Brussels). Preferably, you should use your own European Health Insurance Card for the photo. If you don’t have one, you can print out and use the image on this page.
