Full House: youth filmmaking and exchange project

youth film and exchange projectFull House is a youth filmmaking and international exchange project which has involved 45 young people from Hannover (Germany), Poznan (Poland) and Bristol (GB). The participants worked alongside professional filmmakers to create a film on the theme migration. The film tells about four youngsters who come together in a fictional hostel in Hannover, each tell their different story. The international premiere took place on 26 October in Poznan during the last filmmaking workshop. All participants of the project, funded by the Youth in Action Programme, were presented with a Youthpass certificate from the European Commission. Watch the movie trailer on the Full House website!

Premiere documentary ‘Heart, keep beating’

documentary heart keep beatingOn October 2nd the official premiere of the documentary film ‘Heart, keep beating’  took place in Copenhagen. The moving documentary is developed as a Youth Initiative project within the Youth in Action Programme and is a collaboration between young people from Denmark, Romania and Portugal.

‘Heart, keep beating’ tells about the lives of Claudia and Alex, two young Romanians who are HIV infected since childhood. In the film they tell about their dream of having a family and a completely normal life. The purpose of the project is to fight discrimination and stigmatization of HIV infected youth.
