Risk Awareness training course in Bulgaria

The aims of this training course are to introduce trainers to adaptable tools related to risk awareness for usage in the training of youth workers and to achieve awareness, raising the quality of the experience for young people in international youth exchanges. Creativity & Innovation in YIA Training course

This training course aims to promote creative thinking within the Youth in Action programmes and to increase the quality of international youth projects by diversifying the range of solutions for common project challenges and multiply innovative practices at local level. The training will support youth workers and youth leaders to think in innovative ways of approaching youth related topics and develop creative solutions to increase the impact and efficiency of youth activities. Cre-activity for urban youth training course

The aim of this training course is to increase the participation of youth in disadvantaged (sub)urban areas. Objectives are to provide new learning opportunities and innovative, low-cost methods of work. The course meant for youth workers and youth leaders is in a close relation to the 2010 European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion and will take place from 18 to 23 May 2010 in the suburbs of Warsaw, Poland. The Game-on training is an opportunity for organisations to send young people and a youth worker as a learning couple. They will learn to develop their own games/ activities which they can use in international youth exchanges. This training course on peer education aims to motivate youth workers to develop quality inclusion peer-projects that empower youngsters to participate in EVS projects and at the same time have a look at their role as a youth worker in the context of peer-learning. The ‘impACT!on – Youth in Action’ training course

‘impACT!on’ is an international training course for young people to promote active European citizenship through youth work projects. The course aims at giving young people knowlegde, skills and understanding about active European citizenship. The Youthpass will be integrated in the programme and used by the participants as an instrument to accompany their learning. The course will also help to start designing projects on active citizenship in the Youth in Action programme. The course will be held from 2 to 8 May in De Glind, The Netherlands. ‘Eastern Express’ training course 2010

‘Eastern Express’ Training course aims at rising the quality of Youth Exchanges within action 3.1 of the Youth in Action programme, especially in cooperation between the Eastern Europe and Caucasus (EECA) regions. Course on Leadership & Management of Youth Organisations

The Council of Europe offers a training course on Democratic Leadership and Management of Youth Organisations. The course aims to develop the participants’ attitudes, improve their skills and receive additional information and knowledge in order to manage youth organizations in a democratic, efficient and effective manner. The training will take place from 6 to 14 April 2010 at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg. The 30 candidates which will be selected, should have a specific practical experience in leading and managing youth organizations. Use of technologies to improve the quality of youth work
