Eve is an innovative, promotional tool available for project beneficiaries of the “Lifelong learning”, “Culture”, “Youth in Action” and “Citizenship” programmes, to have visibility on the European Union website. It showcases plenty of useful information about thousand of projects and their results supported by programmes managed by the European Commission in the fields of Education, Training, Culture, Youth and Citizenship. ERYICA Youth Information Starter Kit available now

European Youth Information and Councelling Agency (ERYICA) recently produced in cooperation with the Council of Europe an Youth Information Starter Kit. This kit provide information for those interested in opening a Youth Information centre and seeking for professional guidance in pursuing this goal. The Starter Kit gives an initial insight into what youth information is, the underlying working principles and functions, how to start developing youth information services and some practical information about what the various European bodies have to offer to those who want to start out in the world of youth information. The European Council Open Day on 8 May 2010

Do you want to know more about the European Council and the Council of the EU? On 8 May you will get the chance to find answers to all of your questions concerning the Councils during the Open Day of this two European institutions in Brussels. It will be an interesting day full of debates, information, activities, children’s workshops and dancing. You can find information, pick up interesting brochures and publications and test your knowledge of Europe at various information stand. Or you can also take part in a quiz or participate in a guided tour of the building. EACEA Culture Infoday 17 May 2010 in Brussels

The website Europeana.eu is a database with 6 million digital artefacts in an online collection. Europeana is designed to make the diverse culture of Europe accessible to everyone. The collection includes images, texts, sounds and videos from dozens of archives, libraries, museums and galleries from all over Europe. In October 2009 Europeana was awarded the Erasmus Award for Networking Europe.
